Rocket was an Assistant Producer and Presenter on Sky TV's Soccer AM for 18 years before moving to JOE Media as Senior Producer in 2017 where he picked up a British Media Award. Rocket's energy and enthusiasm are unusual for a man who doesn't drink coffee.

Tom has over 15 years of editing experience that has seen him work for Facebook's biggest sports publisher GiveMeSport before becoming Assistant Producer at Mola TV in 2022. Adobe is his jam by day, and by night he is an award-winning pub quizmaster.

Gem is a Goldsmiths filmmaking graduate with a passion for 50fps and "sexy" LUTs (that's slow-mo and colour to you and us!). He has won numerous awards for his edits and once missed an award ceremony in Spain in favour of more editing!

Camera & Drone Operator

Gary's first act with RL3 was to ruin the 3 element of our name as we already had a third person on board at the time. We let him off as he is a licensed drone pilot with over 10 years of experience in film, television and commercials.

Robyn is a force of nature when it comes to her interpersonal skills. Robyn has experience in talent liaison which has seen her travel the world to work with everyone from professional musicians to cage fighters.
